Each nation has a different attitude towards tolerance. As we can see, the fundamental values of a human being constitute the basis of tolerance. No stability and peace are possible in the society without tolerance. For example, the Azerbaijanis’ deportation from Armenia and the Khojaly Tragedy show that there are no values of tolerance in Armenia despite the international agreements and pacts they have signed. This is why the experts say that tolerance is expressed formally and informally. Some mention it in their legislation and constitution, while the others accept it just as a part of their national character.
