Explain to the children that the phrases ‘black clouds’ and ‘grey winds’ stand for the Armenians who have occupied our lands.
(This refers to the New Year rhyme where ‘The Armenians did not allow Father Christmas and Snow Maiden to come to Lachin, Kalbajar’)
Explain to the children that the whole world must recognise the Khojaly Tragedy. If the atrocities committed by the Armenians are not duly appraised and those guilty held responsible for them, the faith in justice will vanish.
Questions:
‘What atrocities did the Armenian bandits commit in Khojaly?’
‘What name can be given to the atrocities the Armenians committed in Khojaly?’
‘Why will the Khojaly Tragedy remain in the history of our people as genocide?’
Children should come to the conclusion that ‘The genocide in Khojaly will never be erased from the memory of our [Azerbaijani] people.’
